Welcome to the Health Psychology in Public Health Network
The Health Psychology in Public Health Network is a national network that brings together professionals with an interest in health psychology and public health, with a specific interest in behavioural science.
The network is for professionals interested in all domains of public health wishing to develop an understanding of health behaviours from a psychological perspective. We aim to share best practice and maximise the opportunity and insights that both fields have to offer by embedding behavioural science into public health practice.
Our members are nationwide with a variety of backgrounds and specialist areas, and include health psychologists, public health consultants and practitioners, eminent academics, PhD/MSc students and health psychology trainees.
Our next event "The Role of Behavioural Science in Public Health: Application and Impact" will take place on Wednesday 28th February 2018 in Stevenage. Abstract submission is now open for posters to be presented at an extended networking lunch session and prizes will be provided for the top three posters. Click here for more information.
Our next AGM will be held at 9.30am on 28th February 2018 in Stevenage and we are currently recruiting for several committee members. More details can be found in the committee news.
