Welcome to the Health Psychology in Public Health Network
The Health Psychology in Public Health Network is a national network that brings together professionals with an interest in health psychology and public health, with a specific interest in behavioural science.
The network is for professionals interested in all domains of public health wishing to develop an understanding of health behaviours from a psychological perspective. We aim to share best practice and maximise the opportunity and insights that both fields have to offer by embedding behavioural science into public health practice.
Our members are nationwide with a variety of backgrounds and specialist areas, and include health psychologists, public health consultants and practitioners, eminent academics, PhD/MSc students and health psychology trainees.
Our next event "Improving Dietary Quality in Public Health" will take place on Thursday 8th June 2017 at Hertfordshire University. This event will host our 2017 poster competition. Click here for more information on how to submit your abstract for the poster competition. The deadline for poster submission is 8th May 2017.
